    • The 2015-16 Sharp Middle School Athletic Handbook covers the rules of the Sharp Middle School Athletic Department
    • The 2015-16 PCHS Athletics Handbooks covers the rules for the Pendleton County High School Athletic Department
    • The Pendleton County Board of Education has instituted a PCHS Athletic Drug Testing program designed to help educate and guide PCHS athletes in making good choices concerning the use of drugs

    • The PC Social Media Policy is required for PC Athletes and is an attempt to help guide the PC Athlete in understanding that "their brand" is affected by their social media presence.
    • This form is an athletic consent form REQUIRED by KHSAA for participation for a MS athletic team. This form IS NOT for ms athletes playing on a team for PCHS. You must complete the PCHS Combined Consent/Physical Form.
    • This form is REQUIRED for any student-athlete wishing to play athletics for a SHARP athletic team. THere is ALSO a consent form that must also be completed and turned in with this form.
    • KHSAA has released new consent and physical form that needs to be completed once a student-athlete's present physical expires.
    • Pendleton County residents 62 years of age or older are eligible to receive an Athletic Senior Citizen's Pass. This pass is good for free admission to all home athletic events at any of our district schools, excluding tournaments.
    • The 2013-14 Deposit Slips have two signature lines.
    • Form is used for athletic booster groups operating concession stands. Each athletic event should have an inventory control sheet for that night.
    • Make sure to print out from sheet 1 and sheet 2 for BOTH PAGES
