This year, for the first time, Pendleton County Schools is asking for nominations from the schools & community for the outstanding certified and classified employee of the year. To be nominated, the employee should exhibit qualities that show they made a difference in the life of a student, or make a difference in the success of the school. Nominations for these recognitions will be accepted in the office of the Pendleton County Board of Education until March 29, 2013. A committee consisting of representatives from each of the buildings will select the recipients of these awards.
These awards will be presented at the annual Pendleton County Chamber of Commerce Banquet & Awards Ceremony in the spring.
