Hello!  My name is Chelsea Hisel.  I am a special education teacher at Northern.  I'm in my third year of teaching.  I also spent a year substituting in Pendleton County before starting at Northern.  I graduated from Georgetown College in 2014 with my Bachelors Degree. I've recently finished my Masters at Georgetown.  I am life long resident of Pendleton County.  I'm very excited to be teaching at Northern, having been a student here myself.
