I am the 21st Century Community Learning Coordinator for Northern Elementary. This is a federal grant that allows us to help tutor students in reading and math to help improve their knowledge within this content. We have 2 certified teachers on staff each day of program to help students with homework as well as work with students one-on -one. We feed the students a snack and a warm meal before transporting them home on the bus.  This is my first year as the Coordinator however this is my third year with the 21st program with The Pendleton School District.  I have really enjoyed working with the staff, children and families.
